I called ODL a few days ago, after discovering that one of their 10 inch round plastic skylight roof flanges had disintergrated on my roof. The two skylights were installed by a roofer about 12 years ago.ODL long ago switched to metal flanges, so this was a warranty problem.When contacting ODL's representative on the phone, they immediately, professionally and cheerfully indicated they would promptly ship me 2 metal replacement flanges.Excellent customer service.
They are a good company, and definitely back their products.Whenever I can buy or recommend their products in the future, I will do so.
