I purchased this mount to use with my 55" Vizio. Absolutely no problems setting this mount up. The mount included what seemed like a hundred different bolts to fasten the supports to the back of the flat panel. The only issue I had were the "universal" washers to said bolts were not gauged to fit the bolt I needed-too small. But all it took was a quick drill to re-gauge the hole.
Overall, no major complaints on this mount.
